The property at this rental could use a cleanup. The lawn was mowed, but there was a lot of weeds and overgrowth, and it just looked messy. Also, the three sets of sliding doors in the living space to the outside do not open. It would’ve been nice to have been able to open them up and get some fresh air. They’re also seems to be an electricity issue as the lights are constantly dimming and brightening and flickering in the kitchen and main living space house itself was cute and well equipped, but the property really needs a good cleanup.

We were here for a long weekend. This is a very nice house with many nice features. We loved the sitting room, the outdoor shower and the deck. We were there to relax and this place is very private and quiet. The location is fantastic. The house was very clean, too. Cleanest of any rental property we have visited. Walking distance to the Barley Neck In. And Nauset Farms. You could probably walk to Nauset Beach, too.The beds were just okay. The one upstairs is full size. The bed frame squeaked. So we slept on the twins.The two full bathrooms are nice and makes life easier when you have more than one person in the house.We love this house.
