This peaceful 2 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers, especially located 200m to the river and picturesque bushland walking track to the main street.
Large group bookings are our specialty with guests booking for - boys trips, girls weekends away, multiple families staying in one home, weddings etc.
Free continental breakfast, 12pm checkout, family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home.

GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the entire apartment and secure backyard, except bedrooms not booked. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for as per below.
1-2 guests = 2 x king single size electric adjustable bed (made up as one bed)
3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 and 1 double bed
5 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and 1 single bed)
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If any additional bedroom or beds are needed/used they will be charged as per rules above, $65 per person per night.
Cot available upon request, charges apply

HOUSE RULES (agree to when booking)
– Leave it in the condition you arrived and follow checkout instructions to avoid cleaning charges
– All guests need to be added to the booking under their Airbnb accounts
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
- Pets not allowed upstairs, on carpet or furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
– Booking will be canceled with no refund and loss of security deposit if guests are smoking at the home or bring extra guests not booked
– A security deposit of $300 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is not damaged
– 3 night minimum - Special events, long weekends and New Years
– 4 night minimum stay - Easter and Melbourne Cup weekend

The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.

Short stay

Jess is great communicator and very attentive to requests. Whilst it was a short stay, it felt very homley and luxurious. Great place close to the township and everything you need.
