PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. - Relax with the whole family in this tranquil accommodation. - Prime location in the Jatiuca area, with access to the Vera Arruda corridor and ocean views. - The apartment is 20 metres from the beach. - Bedroom: Suite with air conditioning and smart TV. - Living room: Fan and smart TV. - Kitchen: Fully equipped. - The apartment is complete and cosy; the building is 20 metres from Jatiuca beach with access to the Vera Arruda corridor (great tourist location). - Common areas of the Building amenities: swimming pool, sauna and gym, barbecue area and party room. Booking and payment are at the building's reception; - Parties or revelry are prohibited in the apartment, family environment; - Apartment 4km from the bus station and 25km from the airport; - Note: Electricity is charged during the stay at 1.25 kWh (link). Guests can check their consumption if they wish. - PETS: Please inform us, there is an extra fee of R$150.00
