There are four spacious rooms in this home, all with king size beds, as well as five bathrooms.

Family-friendly
Ideal for families with older children, this large home offers plenty of separate living spaces, as well as its own pool. Please note that there are several stairs in this home, making it less ideal for toddlers or guests with mobility restrictions.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
Relax in the undercover pool while enjoying views out over the Coral Sea.

Comfort.
This property features all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including air-conditioning and ceiling fans. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Extra living area.
There is an additional living space with a bathroom on the ground floor, which has two sofa beds.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
