Note: For almost 10 years we have been hosting the property next door Sunset @ Straddie View (4 Illawong Cres, Duwnich) for rent, which is a very similar property that hosts up to 11 guests. Both houses can be jointly booked, accommodating up to 23 guests across 10 bedrooms. Perfect for family gatherings, birthday celebrations and corporate retreats.
