The place was well located. Handy to shops, restaurant, transport & supermarket. The room and bed was very comfortable. We came for the Gold Coast Marathon weekend and it was a great location to get to the expo and the event precinct. We didn't realise getting the keys and returning them would require an extra trip (not too far). Luckily our taxi driver was obliging to make two stops. I think for someone with mobility issues this could be a little trickier for them. Definitely would stay again. The host communicated frequently.
