Please note that there is NO KITCHEN. The dedicated workspace is in the bedroom, and there is just 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed for the second bed. And the 2 person will be sleeping on the sofa bed. Enjoy the entire basement, which features a private closed bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. Our basement offers warm and comfortable accommodations in our main house, situated on a quiet street. You will have complete autonomy, including access to a private bathroom and a living room with a double-size sofa bed. High-speed Wi-Fi and a TV are provided for your convenience.
For the washer and dryer we can manage them for free at our house upstairs whenever you need.

Our location is beautiful and convenient, with proximity to various services, highways, Carrefour Laval is 2 minutes driving,restaurants,cafes, and more. We are located just 30 minutes from downtown Montreal and 30 minutes from Trudeau Airport by car. The entire area is exclusively reserved for our guests, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay. It's the perfect place for families or groups of friends
seeking privacy.
