The property was so cute and looked to be newly remodeled. Nice walk in showers in both bathrooms, nice comfortable bed, the kitchen was roomy & well stocked. The view from the balcony was awesome. Since it was chilly we spent lots of time there watching & listening to the waves. We would definitely go back again!
We had a Girl Cousin vacation and had an absolute blast due to this lovely place. Everyone at the resort was friendly and the condo was beautiful and had everything we could ask for! Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked!
Excellent location, clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, (had a coffee pot, we prefer Keurig so we went out and bought one). We were there for our 48th anniversary, enjoyed the beach and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The only issue was the thermostat, we had to wait all as maintenance had to check with the refrigeration guys on how to operate it. Once I understood how it worked it was fine, I had just never seen one like it before (no buttons). Would stay there again.
If you are looking for a great view of the Gulf...this is it.
Everything was as promised and the whole process was seamless. This is a very good Gulf Shores location right on the beach. Weekends get a little overwhelming for us seniors, but the rest of the week was very nice.
Excellent location. Easy to walk to many shopping and eating establishments. Close to public beach but had private beach area for condo that gave you plenty of room. Very clean. Staff on site friendly and helpful. My daughter could faintly hear sirens at night from her bedroom but could not hear anything from
Master bedroom. Would stay there again.
The property was clean, well layered out and very comfortable. The kitchen was great. The location right on the beach is the best. The closet had a wonderful surprise of beach chairs and toys. We loved it.
The parking fee was a little high. The started toilet paper and towels need to be increased with better towels.
We ended up in this condo after a terrible experience at another complex. To say we were pleased is an understatement. The unit was just as expected and then some. The condo was very updated and very well done. i wouldnt hesistate to stay here again. The smaller building made the beach less crowded which is always a plus.
Loved the condo. Perfect for a small family stay. Kitchen stocked nicely. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend additional mirrors in the bedrooms for when multiple people are trying to get ready at once since the bathrooms are small. Overall 10/10 . Thank you!
My mom, sister and I were there to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday and this condo was perfect for us. It was super clean, organized and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. We didn’t use them, but beach chairs and a beach umbrella were provided. I will book vacations through Beachball in the future. Definitely a class act!

On the Beach!
This property was right on the beach, had an excellent heated, pool, and good parking. The lobby area needed a lot of attention. The office was not easy to locate. Lighting in the lobby area and for the parking lot could have been better.
This place was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Having never been to Gulf Shores we had no idea what to expect. This place was right on the beach with stunning views all day and into the sunset. Beach walking was perfect and you can walk for a long way in either direction. We walked to restaurants for dinner every evening nearby and found many great options. Seafood was amazing everywhere. Also worth a short drive is Lartigue’s Original Fresh Seafood market in Orange Beach. We got peel and eat shrimp for lunch one day and the place and food is amazing! We had a very comfortable stay here and would not hesitate to go back.

Pay for parking!
Did not like that neither bathroom could be reached unless you walked through a bedroom. Also, you only get one parking pass and you have to pay an additional $45 for it. The fees are already very high. It is ridiculous that you also have to pay for parking and you can only have one car.
Neighborhood is far off the beaten path, building faces the water but is a long pathway from the beach, but is also swampy in sections. Our grandson was bit by a large Cottonmouth snake lying on the mat at the front door to the lobby of the condo. The snake ended up in the lobby and we were scared to go downstairs after that. Our grandson ended up in ICU in Pensacola, his medical bills were outrageous, and our trip was ruined. Property is in good condition, but trash isn’t collected regularly from common areas and landscaping around doorways prevents clear views and attracts dangerous wildlife.
Master bed is comfortable, others are just ok. Bring bug spray if you plan to hang out on the deck. Beach items are listed in the descriptions, but when I called property management co to verify, I was told there were none. We bought out own before arrival only to find out there was indeed an entire closet full of chairs, wagons, and toys for the beach.
