4 bedroom home on 8 acres virtual beachfront near Colac Bay boat ramp. Incredible 180 degree sea and rural views. Well set up for the family with full kitchen, and good sized lounge and living area. Feel like you`re sitting on the edge of the world.
Outside has a fire pit area positioned to make the most of the views and sea air as well as plenty of lawn space.
Additional self contained cottage available if needed at additional cost- sleeps 2
An older style house but amazing views, private, perfect for the whole family. We love it here and know you will too!

Colac Bay is a small seaside settlement 10 minutes out of Riverton. A tavern that serves drinks and meals, a marae and a few holiday rentals is all you will find here. Amazing scenery- seaside, peaceful and a truly amazing spot.
An older style house- can be colder in winter months.
Heated with a heat pump and heaters up the front.
