There are no shared accommodations here. Other things to note The parking is free but requires 2 people to use the parking as one person must wait with the car while the parking remote is retrieved, which takes some time. Please inquire about the parking before booking if you intend to use it.
Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.

For travellers arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, I highly recommend utilizing the UP Express train for your journey into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. From Union Station, my building is a short 2-3 min walk. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!
My property does not accommodate packages, mail, or deliveries for short-term rental guests. For mail or packages, kindly utilize the nearest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location.
Regarding food delivery, please arrange to meet the person outside the front entrance, as they cannot be buzzed into the building or up to the unit. If your stay exceeds 4 months, please inquire before booking as I may be able to register you with the building. Registration number STR-2307-HRVPHY
