Cozy & Pet friendly!

Perfect cottage-style vacay home for a homey yet fun getaway. Noise ordinance in place after 10p, which means all neighborhood dwellers can enjoy peace and quiet, play indoor games (cards, board games, etc); also, my two toy poodles absolutely loved the backyard. Looking to book this specific property again very soon!

Not a bad little house

Overall it was a nice place. They have an interior motion detector that can monitor you while your inside, and door sensors for every time you open the doors which was not disclosed. One thing for future guests do not park under the tree towards the end of the driveway it dripped a wierd orange liquid not even sure what it was. Honestly my husband and I had to work during our stay so we did not get to enjoy the getaway as much as we would have liked.

From the owner: "Thanks for your review, and sorry for any confusion. There are no interior motion detectors that monitor anything. Those are old sensors from an alarm system that is deactivated. The same with the door monitors. They were left in place in case we use the security system in the future. Apologies for the confusion. The only two devices active are the doorbell and backyard Ring camera, which are disclosed and necessary for property security. Glad the home worked well for you!"

Nice that it was close the freeway for quick access. Updated bathrooms were good to have. Cozy is a good way to describe the size. A/C was quiet. The neighborhood seemed ok and was quiet during our time there. Maybe this was due to the age of the home, but for us, the amount creekiness of the wood floors was something we were not use too.
