The host had excellent communication and were proactive in reaching out to update me on how things were tracking. Songbirds is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous views of the water. The property was very tidy and wonderfully presented.We were lucky enough to enjoy some storms rolling in from the third floor balcony with a few tins after a long day and it was an awesome experience. Songbirds will be the first place I look up to stay the next time I'm in the area for sure

Absolutely Fantastic

The apartment but more like a house would have to be the cleanest, biggest and most well presented place we have stayed in a very long time. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from the personalised welcome sign to the gift basket containing chocolates, wine, beer and snacks for you to enjoy on first arrival and believe me it was well welcomed after 9 hrs of travelling. Everything has been thought of, from plentiful clean linen, comfy beds, fans and air conditioning, food in the pantry, washing powder, tea, coffee and and honestly the list goes on. The view was fantastic and the location perfect, right next to IGA, chemist, café, parks, walking path, outdoor gym, bay beach, and just down the road clubs, pubs and other stores for local shopping. I can not say enough to compliment the place. The only criticism is the constant traffic noise which really has nothing to do with the property but if you are a light sleeper it may affect your sleeping because it doesn't stop until the wee hours of the morning. Other than that this place is well worth what you pay and you certainly get what you paid for. Well done, I wish more property owners took a leaf out of these owners book.
