This cozy Rehoboth beach cottage is the 1st home in the 3rd block from the beach and boardwalk. An easy walk into downtown Rehoboth and boardwalk. Great screened porch, off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits available for use during your stay. Fenced yard for the little ones and the family dog, all the comforts of home - 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 Double bed in each, and 1 bath with shower, 3nd floor has 1 bedroom with King bed and TV and one bedroom with 1 Queen bed and TV. There is a full bath on this level in the hall. Laundry room, storage, extra fridge and outside shower right off kitchen door. 1 parking space in driveway and you can park in yellow apron of driveway with no permit plus 2 RB permits available for use during your stay. DOG FRIENDLY!!!
