Comfortable and clean condo

We had a wonderful time at the Palm desert resort condo. It was clean, quiet and spacious. The large back patio overlooks the golf course. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and dinner at the clubhouse. We highly recommend this property!

The location was wonderful and the condo has a lot of potential, it was not ready for guests. We rented for one month however there were many issues. The fridge was not working, the patio windows were not clean, half used bars of old soap were left in both bathrooms, the towels were old and the smoke alarm batteries failed at 1:00 am. Normal amenities like shampoo and bodywash were not included.

We’re glad you enjoyed the location and saw the potential in the condo. The homeowner would like to clarify the following:- We’re sorry the refrigerator failed during your stay. As soon as we were notified, we had a cooler with ice delivered within the hour and installed a brand-new fridge two days later. We also appreciated the thank-you text you sent, recognizing how quickly this was handled.- Per your request, we were happy to accommodate an early check-in to help make your arrival more convenient.- Our concierge responded promptly to additional requests, delivering new towels and installing a hard-wired smoke detector the day after each issue was reported.- Shampoo is stored in the bathroom vanities, and we apologize if this wasn’t made clear. We also regret that the initial cleaning didn’t meet expectations, though an additional cleaning was offered and declined.We want all our guests to feel comfortable and well cared for during their stay, and appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
