The only reasons I didn’t rate excellent overall is that the AC and clothes washer are bit noisy and the hot water heater is a bit under-sized for 4 adults.It’s a great location and well furnished. Great for shelling! Would definitely stay again.

The view was everything you would wish for! The furnishings were beautiful, classical Sanibel style! Well appointed kitchen, everything you could need. My only wish would be for a bigger coffee pot.:):) We drink A LOT of coffee, lol! But, would definitely rent again, no hesitations! Thank you for making your condo available to us northerners!!

All was great except for difficult keypad issues. Pros: Wonderfully stocked kitchen, great view, easy beach access, good wifi, very clean. Cons: keypad had to be fixed before we could access condo. Keypad instructions were also incorrect on management app. Rip in lanai some furniture. A fee Shutters broken in kitchen, wobbly bed in back bedroom. (All easily fixable…so not a huge deal.)Overall, condo was good value!
