Simple beach house

Great overall house for a bigger group. Two of the rooms are upstairs and the steps are quite steep. There is no play equipment outside as pictured. But plenty of space to spread out inside!

"Simplify?"

Clean, orderly and as in the magazine, "Simplify" the place has beds, chairs at the tables and bar, fully stocked and wonderful kitchen, and two couches in living are; but no other furniture such as bedside tables, chair at dresser in master, and lamps--easy to fix and become a great house to rent. Front double door side latch missing, so the door was not really secure. Online pictures showed playscape in wonderful backyard, but it had been removed. Lastly, 25% of ceiling, wall, bathroom lights (all shower lights) burned out and no replacement bulbs found. When all fixed and added, I would highly recommend and return.

House could be five stars but is a one or two due to management and cleanliness.

The code I was sent did not work and took over an hour to get in the property. We never received our parking passes, but luckily didn't get a ticket. It's almost impossible to get thru to the property owner or manager, even after they said they'd bring parking passes they never showed. It is a beautiful home and an amazing neighborhood. We mopped the floor ourselves and it was still filthy after. Overall it was decently wiped down, but My crawling grandkid was coming up with black hands and knees and my feet would be black from walking to the bathroom. It said it had a playground and a full kitchen. These things didn't exist. Two pans and a blender aren't a full kitchen. There is a coffee maker but no toaster. They leave two trash bags but also ask you to carry all trash to the curb. If you were just looking for someone to stay it is a good place without kids. However, we were looking for a comfort level that didn't happen. We wanted family meals and clean floors to play on

Some feedback

We enjoyed the house. Very spacious and accommodation were good. There were some things that need to be addressed. More towels, hand/wash clothes spread to every bathroom. Trash cans were very little and no outside trash & need more trash bags for kitchen. Outside lights need to be repaired or changed(front& back) Laundry detergent (small box) Floors need to be mopped. Good steam cleaning. But we had a good time. Even with the rain. Thank you.

Beautiful home minor imperfections

This was a beautiful home. Honestly it was just Very empty for example there were no nightstands in any bedrooms one bedroom had a lamp on the floor. There was not a gas grill in the backyard that I could see. The dryer somehow didn’t work but they did fix the issue within 24 hours. There was Not a basic skillet for cooking so we had to buy one. One of the upstairs bathroom sink had a small minor leak. It is Located 2 miles from Seawall and beach. The bike there Would be such a workout not sure why anyone wouldn’t just drive to the beach. I originally had another reservation that had an “Emergency Roof repair” so they offered me this home and I haggled an extra day without extra charge due to the inconvenience. I was pleased about that deal. My wife and I brought our baby. The house had 2 pack and plays and a high chair which was useful. Our 6 year old enjoyed the playground in the backyard. The House is In A quiet neighborhood. Overall I enjoyed my stay just little issues that need to be resolved. With some minor improvements I would give a 4 star review.
