Accommodation and facilities were perfect, lots of space to work in at night and the location has so much to offer.

Property was great for our stay apart from the smoke alarms at 4.30am sounding for no reason on the final night.Shortage of some crockery, one kitchen drawer needs fixing, some of the rooms not cleaned properly before our stay.

Reviewer Comments: our experience was great! a short walk/ bike ride to the beach/park and tavern as well as ice-creams from the locally grocery store.The house was nice very spacious, with plenty of room in the dinning, lunge area and enjoying the balcony that over looks the huge yard.

Our stay at Amity Pines

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Amity Pines several times now. It suits the family mostly very well.We were pleased that the house was much cleaner on our arrival this year. Last year it seemed that it hadnt been cleaned after the last departure. The kitchen is great and well equipped however we noticed that the second draw still is not repaired from our previous 2 is fantastic that there is extra fridges for our food storage as well...very thoughtful idea! It would also be nice if the lawn could be treated for the bindis as you cannot walk on the grass without footwear! Overall we really do enjoy staying in the house and we overlook these minor things and really enjoy our stay!!! It was great to see a new couch this year as well as the last one was rather tired and was so much more comfortable..also maybe a regular pest control treatment would be appropriate as well as over the years we have noticed several mentioned we do enjoy our stay and look forward to it every year. Im not criticizing the property at all as it is perfect for our family just making a few suggestions that will benefit all the renters!! I am hoping to rebook again for next year!!
