The house accommodates 12 guests. It is ideal for family reunions as the house is suitable for all generations. Due to its size, it offers multiple spaces where everyone is free to pursue their favourite activities. The house also offers all the amenities for welcoming young children. The villa has a ground floor comprising a living area with a study corner, a dining room, a kitchen where the architect has preserved the original bar, and an outdoor patio with a gas griddle. The sleeping areas consist of two children's bedrooms with six single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a double bedroom. Two additional double bedrooms and their shared bathroom offer views of the pool and the garden, ensuring complete privacy. Outside, you'll enjoy terraces, an outdoor shower, an additional toilet, and a pleasant west-facing pool house, ideal for peaceful naps. Upstairs, a 40m² wooden penthouse offers a suite with a sleeping area featuring a double bed and breathtaking views of the dune, two desks for (remote) work, a bathroom with toilet, and an additional relaxation area.
