Super sunny, south facing cottage on Lake Muskoka. Waterfront is shallow and bottom is silty sand off the dock ladder which is perfect for youngsters. Swim, wade or take the kayaks and/or paddleboat to the beach nearby and build sandcastles, or play on the park playset. Sunbathe on the dock or muskoka chairs while sipping your favourite beverage. Cool off inside the cottage with very effective ground source heat pump A/C.
