This gorgeous property is located on the Muskoka River just minutes from Port Carling. With south-east exposure, a lakeside deck you have ample space to enjoy the sun and stunning sunrises! The open concept cottage has been newly renovated and no detail was left untouched. The cozy living room provides the prefect place to cozy up with a book in front of the fire while enjoying the views of the river. The cottage has 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms on the main level and is perfect for a family or 3 couples. South east sun orientation for all day sun on the dock!

Please note: The driveway can be very steep and hard to drive up in winter - 4 wheel drive is suggested.

Guest Access:
The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay, do note the basement is unfinished and locked and not available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Muskoka - Port Carling is the hub of the Muskoka Lakes and has many art galleries, trendy shops and restaurants plus numerous ice cream shops, this family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! On Thursdays there is a farmer’s market in town. Lots of room for kids to run and play and swim with a shallow sandy beach at the shore and with deep water off the dock, young and old alike will love being outdoors! The cottage is located adjacent to a local marina so it's easy to get gas! Cruise the big three lakes by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the hilly cottage roads. End your perfect Muskoka day with a campfire by the lake!

We will place a $2000 hold on your credit card as a damage deposit to be released once the post check out inspection is completed and no damage is found.
