All the bedrooms were clean. The second twin bedroom has to walk through another bedroom for a bathroom. The backyard that you would use for a pet was little grass. Over all the place is in a great location. Outstanding accessibility to the beach.

The property was very nice. The layout was hard to piece together by description. The top floor with bedrooms 8 and 7 is where the kitchen and living room are. Bedroom 1 and 2 are basement level. The rest of the bedrooms are on a middle floor. But the house overall was fantastic. Cleanliness was a little lacking. There was a ton of sand everywhere on arrival, though we understand some is definitely expect3d being a beach house. Overall would recommend staying.
