*Fully equipped eat-in kitchen for 6, as well as a dining room, overlooking the backyard. Patio doors leading to a private, fenced yard.
*Three bedrooms, with an oversized primary bedroom, and private suite. *Additional queen bed (4 beds in total) provided downstairs for more sleeping space.
*Free washing machine and dryer use as well!
*Large multi-car driveway...free parking!!
*A perfect home for family, or friends, to vacation/visit.
*We pride our neighbourhood for being quiet, safe and “family friendly”! *We do ask our guests to be respectful of neighbours, and our home! *Enjoy!!

House to be found in it’s original state…thank you!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping in the house or garage!!! No pets.
No parties or events! We ask that noise levels be kept reasonable at all times…for respect of our neighbours (10pm-7am…quiet hours). Thanks!!
Please leave the house as you found it. All items in their place, and garbage collected. We do all laundry, and can also run the dishwasher. Thanks!

Our stay was truly a “home away from home” from beginning to end. 92 Jane Street was a short drive away from the heart of the city and minutes away from shopping. It was clean, spacious, and had everything and more you would need. My 4 sisters, my brother and I were all really impressed with this property, the ease of use and thoughtfulness of Cam and Michelle.

Great place

Everything about this place was excellent... but it goes beyond there. All the additional considerations that the host has made available. These small add on made all the difference- Coffee pods, enough for two days, Care package in case an essential had been forgotten. We didn't cook, but everything seemed well stocked and available.This was is among the top 5%.
