House was great. Layout is nice because there are really 4 distinct living areas for privacy amongst family and friends in a large group. We do AP every year and will be back here. Thanks!

This is our 3rd stay at this house and we love it! Such a great space for our family of 11. The kids cannot get enough of the beach and the bay. They fish, kayak, and play from sun up to sun down. Can’t wait to come back again.

While the kitchen was fully equipped, the frying pans were very old and scarred. The house was great, the A/C along with the fans keep the house at a good temp. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella was furnished as well. I do not know what more we could have asked for. I will definitely try to stay at this property in the future.

Thank you so much for your review, and especially for notifying us about the frying pans. We don't know if there is an issue unless someone mentions it. I just ordered a new HexClad 7 piece set. We would love to host you again in the future!

Great family spot

Private, no issues, very family friendly area. Not a lot going on which is great for just hanging out at the beach. How was very spacious and well laid out. Kitchen was huge and great for staying in and cooking all our meals. Definitely will be back.
