Joe was an incredible host. We got there early on day one and he checked in for us and showed us around the house a bit. He made himself available at every turn I’d love for my family to come back and enjoy the rest of what the property has to offer.
The mansion was absolutely beautiful! We had a few hiccups but the host took care of everything and we had a great time. Host was very nice and showed us around the property, he has several ponds to fish in and there are hiking trails with beautiful views! The pool was very cold, but the grandkids loved it! There was plenty of room for all 15 of our group. Beds were comfortable. Hope to go back again!
This is my new favorite place to take my family in Arkansas for a vacation. Our ages ranged from 10 months old to 55 and it has something for everyone! The property is breathtaking and the house we rented is beautiful! We rode atv trails, we fished in all three ponds, and spent time looking at caves and at the private lake. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the game room. The house was large enough that everyone had enough space and the kitchen was amazing as well. I only had a few very small complaints that did not make our trip any less enjoyable. There really isn’t an outdoor grill to use, there were several light bulbs out and some of the ceiling fans were not working but there were other fans. . The owner actually stays on-site sometimes and in a bottom portion of the main house. This was concerning at first but he has his own entrance and it did not bother us at all. This is a very large property that requires a lot of work and now that I’ve been I understand that. Joe is very nice, very helpful and we are thrilled to have found this place! Can’t wait to go back!
What a beautiful setting for a family outing…the owner was onsite during our stay and very helpful with offering to show us around the property and to assist with any issues. The Evolve Host was responsive and helpful when needed. We were very familiar with the area and there for the lake so we did not take the opportunity to explore the property (plus it was over 100 “Feel Like” temp), which did cause the AC’s to work extra hard for a place with a lot of glass. We enjoyed the onsite indoor pool, it was cool but refreshing given the extreme heat over Labor Day. The home is well appointed and spacious up stairs where there are beds for 6 (2 per bed, the bonus room is not climate controlled so not counting it). Downstairs, where the bar and game room area is would be very tight for 9 (king & three high bunk beds in one room, 2 twins in another room, queen size pull out couch in game area with a full bath and 1/2 bath). Sleeping 18 while possible would have been a challenge for our family, we had 14 and it felt like we were on top of each other at times downstairs. In full transparency this was the 1st time all of us have tried to stay under one roof (ages from 85 to 6 months with 4 under 3) so for a family that has done that and survived then it would probably be just fine.If the opportunity presents itself, we would stay again…that should say it all…
