This stylish 2-bedroom corner apartment features vibrant artwork and luxurious inclusions. Relax on oversized balcony daybeds, enjoying 180-degree views of palms, the lap pool, or tennis court.

Indulge in resort amenities including three pools, a swim-up bar, tennis court, gym, and spa, or walk the leafy path to Four Mile Beach (100m).

Vibrant Macrossan Street and Crystalbrook Marina are easily walkable.
The space
Portsea 74 is a stunningly unique apartment, located within the perfectly positioned Mantra Portsea Resort in Port Douglas.

The spacious living area is equipped with two comfortable lounges, coffee table, floor lamp, a flat-screen TV with foxtel, and a four-seater dining table. Glass sliding doors retract to highlight the showstopper balcony, which features daybeds that are perfect for lounging.

The kitchen is equipped with sleek, modern appliances, including microwave, stove and fridge, plus all necessary utensils, cookware and glassware. Premium features include a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, SMEG kettle and air-fryer.

The two bedrooms, which are completely private (which is rare for this complex as most two bedrooms have one bed in the lounge area), feature unique advantages and both could be considered 'masters' by visiting guests.

Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which open onto a private 'Juliet' balcony, overlooking the tennis court.

Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed which can be split in to 2 single beds on request. This bedroom has a large window with a leafy aspect and an interconnecting door to the spacious bathroom.

The bathroom is newly upgraded and has been thoughtfully designed to maximise privacy. Guests can access the bathroom via two separate entries. The central spa bath adds a touch of luxury and offers a shower/spa bath combination.

The apartment features vibrant artwork from a talented local artist, including a custom map of Port Douglas, which offers recommendations of 'must sees and dos' during your stay.

The guest experience has been carefully considered to promote comfort and relaxation within. Inclusions include quality linens, oversized towels and premium bath products. We also provide tennis racquets and balls for your exclusive usage, as well as board games and colouring books for our littlest guests.

Being a 10 minute walk from the vibrant Macrossan Street bars, restaurants and shops and only 100m from 4-Mile Beach, this unrivalled location ensures the best of what Port Douglas has to offer is on your doorstep.

This apartment is ideal for families, couples or friends looking to make the most of the resort amenities, yet seek a comfortable base to return to.

Other things to note
- Please be aware that there is no elevator/lift at this property. Apartments on floor 2 are accessed via a combination of ramps and stairs. This apartment is a top floor, corner apartment and climbing some stairs is unavoidable.
- The property features three air conditioners, ceiling fans throughout and louvers on the windows to welcome the tropical breezes, ensuring guests comfort is optimised.

Additional guest policy: A fifth guest can be accommodated upon request, sleeping on a convertible sofa bed in the lounge. Additional linen charges apply.

For our littlest guests we give an option to outsource the hire of a 'baby bundle', which comprises of a cot with linen, high chair and plush towel. The cost of the bundle is a one-off hire fee of $70 per stay, for those who wish to take it up.
