Just like described..! A little cottage by the sea! Delightfully comfortable, especially nice for the doggies. Close to the beach with nice walkways…. Host went above and beyond with all the necessary supplies…. The shower spray and water pressure felt so good!Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location! Looks a bit different than the pictures, there was some pet hair but hardly a problem as we understood this was pet friendly. There was no washer detergent but the stay overall was great

Our dog loved the freedom of the fenced in backyard thankfully they only did construction one day so all and all good

We stayed for three nights and the rate was very reasonable for the property and location. They are pet friendly, just a five minute walk to the beach and grocery store. The owner was proactive in messaging us about an issue with the fridge and had a temporary fridge in place before we arrived. We appreciated the communication and were fine with it for our stay, we understood it was a temporary thing for the listing, and it was not a big issue for us to work around.Here are a few notable points-The house has a musty, mildew smell when you walk in, and it is definitely stronger when you open the kitchen cabinets.-The couch was different than the listing photo and was not comfortable at all. The arm chair and ottoman, I think, had a slip cover in the photo that wasn’t there, however, it looks like the same furnishing and was perfect to sit or snooze in.-During a rainy night, the ceiling started leaking in the main bedroom, after that same rainy night, the GFI in the kitchen tripped and wouldn’t reset. (luckily this was our last night)-There are a lot of mosquitos in the backyard, bring bug spray.I made the owner aware of the GFI and ceiling leak as soon as we found the issues, and they were going to have it looked at. If the smell and water issues are resolved, this is a solid budget option for a quite place in a great location.

It was the perfect place for me and my husband to get away for a few days. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. The backyard was excellent for our dog. We felt really comfortable and safe.
