With family or friends, you will walk through a flowery meadow that opens onto fields as far as the eye can see, with no overlooking neighbours.

Located within the village of Thil-Manneville, 15 minutes from the beaches, "le Noyer" is a very pleasant house to live in with rooms enhanced by colourful wall notes, cosy and comfortable.



His library lounge by the fireplace, his vast DVD collection, direct access from each ground floor room to the vast garden surrounding the house: everything encourages calm and relaxation in this verdant Normandy landscape.

This was our second stay at Le Noyer. We stayed in 2023 and reviewed the property then - nothing has changed since then! Highly recommended.

Marvellous house & a beautiful garden

We have just spent two weeks staying at Le Noyer. The house is excellent; comfortable and well equipped. Its very large garden, a delightful mix of wild and manicured, is probably the best we have experienced in more than 20 years of staying in France. It has been imaginatively laid out and is well maintained. Thil-Manneville is well positioned to explore Seine-Maritime, in particular nearby Dieppe and the spectacular coastline cliffs and beaches such as Pourville and Quiberville. More isolated beaches, such as Vasterival, accessible by track and steps are well worth the effort. Bikes are available to rent in nearby Offranville. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area. All up, a most enjoyable fortnight.

Perfekt. Das Haus ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, einfach gemütlich. Der Garten ist riesig, man kann wunderbar im Garten spazieren gehen. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Von hier aus lassen sich alle Strände und Orte leicht erreichen - einfach schön!
