A fantastic base to explore Queenstown and the surrounds. A cozy apartment that is a brilliant retreat after a day of exploring. Close to the airport for a hassle free arrival and departure (15 min walk or 5 min car/taxi/bus). Queenstown CBD is 20 min drive or catch the bus right outside the apartment for a 30 min stress free trip into Queenstown's CBD. Getting to the ski fields is a breeze, the Frankton location means you avoid a lot of the Queenstown traffic. Kelvin Heights and Jacks Point Golf courses are only a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as the supermarket in the Remarkables Park shopping precinct. The only cinema in town "The Silky Otter" is a 200 meter walk away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep outside noise to a low level.
If trash accumulates the rubbish and recycling bins are located in the garage which can be accessed by the elevator.
Please leave the kitchen clean with all used items washed and food waste in the trash. Dishwasher can be used during stay and turned on as you leave.

This was a handy location, close to the airport and rental car place, and also to a great restaurant at the Holiday Inn. Our stay was during the holidays so was a bit pricey and our fob was a bit unreliable until we figured out the sweet spot on the entry pad, but apartment was immaculately clean and beds were comfortable.
