2. **No Parties or Events**: Please respect our home and the neighbors by not hosting parties or large gatherings.
3. **No Pets**: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
4. **Quiet Hours**: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM to respect the neighbors.
5. **Check-in/Check-out**: Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please follow these times to allow us to prepare the property for the next guest.
**Cleanliness:**
6. **Keep the Property Clean**: Please treat the space with respect and leave it in a reasonably clean condition.
7. **No Eating in Bedrooms**: To avoid stains and attract insects, please enjoy your meals in the dining or kitchen area.
**Safety & Security:**
8. **Lock Doors and Windows**: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
9. **Use Appliances Safely**: Only use the provided appliances as intended and follow safety guidelines for the stove, oven, etc.
**Parking:**
10. **Parking Instructions**: Please use the designated parking space (if applicable). Avoid blocking any driveways or other vehicles.
**Waste Management:**
11. **Dispose of Trash Properly**: Place all garbage in the designated bins and recycle where possible.
