The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is fully stocked. We loved that it was still decorated for Christmas and the decorations were beautiful. The entire house is so cozy and beautifully decorated. We used every space in the house and outside. It was perfect for our group and we had an amazing stay!

This property is incredible and perfect for large groups. The rooms were spacious, everything was so clean, the location and grounds are just amazing. We had a range of kids from ages 5-17 and there was something for everyone, absolutely no way for anyone to claim boredom. Communication was fantastic! Our families made some great memories, and we will visit again next time we are in Branson.

Loved our stay

Property is stunning! There's so much to do at the home inside and outside and there is entertainment on site for everyone. Our group of 17 had more than enough space. This is a gorgeous custom home and the location was in a great spot with everything close by. The property owner Beth was extremely helpful and always quickly responded whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for a big family celebration!

This house has everything you need for a great stay in Branson. We had 8 adults and 10 kids and never left the property, there was so much to do there! The kids went from pool to putt putt to pickleball and back inside to play games. The kitchen was well stocked, we lacked for nothing! Beth was great at communicating, easy to reserve, check in and out. Clean comfortable beds, lots of sleeping options for the kiddos. Thanks again beths breakaways for another exceptional weekend in Branson!

Best vacation ever in the lap of luxury!

Beth is the best host! We’ve stayed with her 2x now, and will be back with her again! Pampers her guests with little spa gifts, and our stay at Buffalo Bluff left us all refreshed & renewed! We all slept great after busy days in the pool, playing mini golf, basketball and pickleball…annd our evenings were filled with movies on the projector screen and ps5 tourneys, while some dukes it out on the ping pong and pool tables. We ate like royalty as each family took a day in the kitchen and on the grills… it was a memorable vacation for our family we will never forget.

Perfect House for a Golf Trip with the Guys!

We stayed here with 8 buddies for a golf trip and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The house had everything — tons of space to spread out, a great setup for hanging out, and top-notch amenities. We spent our downtime shooting hoops on the basketball court, relaxing in the hot tub, and cooling off in the pool. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and perfect for group dinners and late-night laughs. Every bedroom was comfortable, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. The location worked great for getting to the golf courses, and the host made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend this house for any group trip — especially if you’re looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and space to unwind. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Outstanding property that has all the amenities

This rental has it all. We booked this place for our biannual extended family gathering. There were 18 of us and it was spacious for eating together, just chilling and playing games. There were big gathering spaces and spaces to just quietly get away from the family noise. Lots of space around the pool and lots to entertain our teens (and the adults). We had no need to even leave the property. The furnishings were luxurious where you felt like you were in an upscale resort. The responsiveness of the property owner was timely. Very happy to have found this gem!

A family vacation filled with great memories!

What a gorgeous home and property! This home is amazing, but at the same time, you feel "at home" and comfortable. There's something here to do for every age group. Our family loved the pool and ping pong tables, the pickle ball/basketball court, the large swimming pool with a slide, the giant movie screen, the little golf course and so much more! There's extra refrigerators for large families, lots of cookware and storage containers, so many wonderful places to sit and visit together. The main level screened-in outdoor area is wonderful! There was definitely no expense spared with this wonderful home. We totally recommend it! And Beth is wonderful to work with - quick replies and follow up. Thank you for a fantastic trip with our children and grandchildren!

Amazing house with tons of amenities

We recently stayed at the beautiful vacation home, Buffalo Bluff, and had the BEST time! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—plenty of room for our whole group to spread out and relax. The property had so much to offer, we barely wanted to leave! There were endless activities for both kids and adults—ping pong, pool table, basketball, swimming, and even a fun little putt-putt area. The swimming pool was a big hit and perfect for those hot afternoons. Whether we were competing in games or just lounging by the water, everyone had something to enjoy. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making the home feel welcoming and fun. We made some great memories and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a relaxing and activity-filled getaway!
