The Space:

The Cabin is a compact, characterful 1-bedroom retreat sleeping up to 4 guests — built with warmth, timber, and a whole lot of nautical soul. It's not a large property and it doesn't pretend to be — it's a genuinely unique hideaway where the outdoor bath is the main event, the porthole windows are the talking point, and the Pretty Beach setting is the reason guests come back. If you're looking for a standard holiday rental, this isn't it. If you're looking for an experience you'll actually remember, step aboard.



What We Love



The Outdoor Bath:

A freestanding outdoor bath on the private deck — the centerpiece of every stay at The Cabin. Fill it after dark, look up at the stars above Pretty Beach, and feel the rest of the world fall away. It's extraordinary in summer, and arguably even better on a clear winter night when the air is cool and the water is hot. There is nothing else like it on the Central Coast.



The Deck & BBQ:

A private deck with a gas BBQ, bush views, and enough space to breathe — where most of the best moments at The Cabin actually happen. Morning coffee as Pretty Beach wakes up around you. Long lunches with the bush as a backdrop. Evenings around the BBQ before the outdoor bath calls. The deck connects the cabin to its setting in a way that makes the outdoor space feel as generous as the whole property.

The Location:

Pretty Beach is one of the Central Coast's best-kept secrets — a tiny, secluded community tucked inside Bouddi National Park, with one of the most beautiful small beaches on the coast and the kind of quiet that most holiday destinations can only promise. The Bouddi Coastal Walk begins nearby. Killcare Beach and Pearl Beach are a short drive. The whole of the Central Coast is within easy reach when you want it — but from The Cabin, you may not want it at all.

Please note: The Cabin is a cozy 1-bedroom retreat. The outdoor bath requires filling manually. Pretty Beach involves a scenic but specific approach road — full directions provided on booking.

The Neighborhood:

Pretty Beach is a tranquil waterfront suburb on the Bouddi Peninsula of the Central Coast, New South Wales, set on the western shores of Brisbane Water. Known for its peaceful, scenic setting and calm waters, it offers a relaxed lifestyle with beautiful water views, perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, and peaceful walks along the foreshore.



The area has a small, community‑oriented feel with leafy streets and a mix of family homes and holiday residences. Pretty Beach is close to local amenities in nearby Woy Woy and Ettalong Beach, providing easy access to cafés, shops, and transport links while maintaining a quiet coastal retreat atmosphere.



Surrounded by natural beauty, including waterfront reserves and nearby bushland, Pretty Beach appeals to those seeking a laid‑back, scenic lifestyle with close access to both water‑based activities and neighbouring town conveniences.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $250, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
