A custom built cottage, completely self contained with in ground pool & garden, within walking distance to beach & Mount Martha village.
The space
A custom built cottage completely self contained, comprising of a kitchen, lounge, dining nook, bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, free standing bath in the bedroom and WIR.
This funky space is fitted out with top quality fittings and fixtures including an Ilve oven, smeg dishwasher and super cool Big Ass fans (in place of energy hungry air con). Nobo heating panels and underfloor heating in the ensuite provide ambient heating.
Outside tranquil gardens surrounding the swimming pool await.
Set in a private, quiet and treed neighbourhood of Mount Martha and within walking distance to Mount Martha Village, cafes and beautiful South Beach. Make Miss Sunshine your next romantic getaway.
