Cute cottage. Really enjoyed the decks. Close walking distance to Dairy Queen, Stop & Shop, and the beach. Two families with teenagers.

We rented this property because it was close to the Wright Brothers memorial! The memorial can be seen from the property. Property was clean, and functioned very well for our party. We went in the off-season but it was cozy.

Booked this for our annual girls trip to the OBX. We booked hotel rooms in the past and decided to upgrade to a cottage this year. It's hard to find a short term rental during the peak season of summer so we were pleasantly surprised to find this one. Great location one street back from the beach and right next to a public beach access with bathrooms, showers, and lifeguard stand. Also a short walk to the Wright Memorial. Best unexpected surprise was the Bluetooth speaker in the en suite bathroom. Noe I believe all bathrooms should come equipped with one. Kitchen is spacious and has every kind of utensil, cookware and dish you could need.
