My place is simple and quant. perfect to roll in for a good night sleep, make a little food or for those that like to eat out there are many choices within a two-block radius. The Point Pub, many pizza choices, Chinese, Thia food or Sushi. I have a little side yard if you have a dog or just want to chill outside. This is your own private studio.

A great option for solo travelers

"As advertised" is the most fitting thing to say; only real problem was the wi-fi when I first arrived, but that wasn't the owner's fault and we were able to work it out with the internet provider. Owner even took the extra step of connecting me with their mechanic to help me with an issue that came up with my car during my stay. If you're looking for a great first (solo) experience with vacation rentals, I highly recommend this one!!

Great spot. Friendly owner. Clean and exactly what was expected. A little more storage in the kitchen for dry foods would have been nice. Overall it was great!

The host was very friendly & I got to park off the street, which was a plus. I'm glad the studio had working AC units in the windows, but it did have an old, musty smell. There were open gaps under one of the AC units and around the door that could easily be fixed by weatherstripping. At one point, there were several ants that came inside & I used the bottle of ant killer under the sink to kill them (they must have had this issue before if there was a bottle there). There were also several cobwebs in the bathroom & the studio corners, and 2 spiders I ushered outside. The floors and rugs were also un-vaccumed & dirty. For some reason there was grass in the windowsill. I think a little more frequent cleaning could have prevented these things. It also would have been nice to have a t.v. in the studio.

This property is located in the alley, you take 5th street and the Chase bank drive thru alley access as soon as you pass the drive thru you’ll see the little cottage please park close to the blue door so you leave parking for others.
