Bluegrass mini family reunion

The house and the grounds are outstanding. Beautifully and comfortably furnished with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed.It is an easy walk to town , and comfortable drives to UK as well as the Bourbon and Equestrian offerings throughout the Bluegrass state.

I could not have found a better place to hold a family event. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very inviting. Comfortable atmoshere and beautiful surroundings. The space and room the home provides is excelllent for family times. This experience with an BNB has enlightened me that there are much more affordable and friendly atmosheres than an hotel/motel could provide. I willl be using this property again if needed. HIGHLY recommend this home/property for an experience into downtown Nicholasville, KY.

Spacious and quaint

We had an amazing time. The house is full of beautiful dishes and other antiques. The bathrooms and kitchen are modem. Well stocked. Very clean. The back patio was a great place to sit. It was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The dining room table had leaves so we all could sit together and have meals. Overall a fabulous experience.

Family Vacation

This historic home in Nicholasville, KY was the ideal home away from home for us as we explored historic sites in Central Kentucky.Recently renovated, this home is well-appointed with many exceptional features, such as the kitchen appliances and the bath linens. The stylish and comfortable furnishings match the home's aesthetic. Of course, it has all the modern conveniences too (wifi/TVs, etc).The house is truly spacious and historic! It is close to stores and restaurants. The contact was helpful and quick to respond both before and during our stay.Our experience was a delightful step back in time with modern amenities that made for a warm and inviting retreat for our family.We'd stay again and highly recommend this VRBO!
