Get ready to be mesmerized by the stunning colors as the sunrise paints the sky across the bay. Gather your whole group around the fire pit for fun, laughter, and delicious s'mores under the enchanting moonlight in the evenings.

This delightful multi-level home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, featuring four cozy bedrooms and three bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, while the upper level hosts three additional bedrooms. The first upper-level bedroom features two queen beds, and the second boasts a king bed, both sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom setup. For a touch of luxury, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, complete with a luxurious shower. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the living room, creating a fantastic open concept and providing stunning views to enjoy together.

She was UNBELIEVABLE! Quick to respond and very helpful with everything we needed. Five stars for Lindsay! as well!

Had a great time. Location and private beach were perfect. Great location between Traverse and Suttons Bay. A ton of bugs all over the house though. Gnats, flies, spiders of all small sizes. It's expected with the mature landscaping and proximity to the water but it was a nuisance. Will definitely revisit and spend more time in Suttons Bay.

Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck with the new patio furniture, especially the fire table. We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved very quickly, which was much appreciated. The wifi was not working. Could not get the tv or internet working. Called the office and the girl could not help much.. she could not tell us where the Wi-Fi box was located she told us she would look into it. we ended up figuring it out on our own. The Wi-Fi box was located in the bedroom that is on the main floor and it was plugged into a outlet that would only work if the light switch was turned on for that outlet. So just FYI to anyone else that might have issues. I did call her back and let her know. Also...the gas fireplace did not work. Looked like a wire was purposely disconnected. We informed the company, but we did not have use of the fireplace. Also..no measuring cups or spoons , fyi...lol. Aside from that, the house was clean and beautiful. The bed mattresses are very firm, which I liked...but some ppl in our group had a very hard time with them. The views are out of this world. I would definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, house was right on the water. House was clean and we liked the amount of kitchen utinsils and pans. Layout in the kitchen is not for a chef, refrigerator is in a bad place and the big massive glass globes over the island are a joke, if you are prepping food on the island you hit your head on the globes as they are not centered over the island. Overall kitchen is very nice. Master bedroom ceiling fan was not working and nor could we find remote. The masterbath Toto bidets functions did not work which was a bummer, it worked for flushing only. Get it fixed please. I have the same model in my house and it is great. Deck was nice, windows needed cleaning on the outside and a lot of spider webs on outside windows. Grill worked great, albeit on the side of the house and you had to go through the garage. Was expecting a bit more at this price point in slow season. But again it is a beautiful house and views with sunrise over the water was spectacular.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house layout are the best thing about this rental. We enjoyed the beach area- although it is ALL rocky in the water-very hard to navigate. The fire pit was nice- however we encountered so many other issues, it is hard to give this a positive spin. Very, VERY dirty- they may mop the floors, and change linens but that's it. Every corner had webs and bugs and dust caked on lighting. The back doors wouldn't lock, and one of the knobs was completely broken, so you could not secure the home. No place to put trash, since bins were completely full- so we had to hold the stinky trash in the garage and then move it all out on trash day- crazy! Windows have no screens and someone left them open prior to our arrival, the house was full of flies, bugs and so many spiders (my niece was bit) in in her room sleeping. There was many other issues- including a large rat in the sandy area that ran around all hours, and the back deck was covered in spiders and webs- no one cleans here. The showers were terrible- a glass shower panel in the primary, and the other 2 showers were so small you couldn't move. Again- very dirty spaces and all bed blankets need washed- they stink and are gross to touch. I would love to help you as a company or as an owner- some changes could make this home a much better place and experience. It needs help!
