· Shibuya: Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Fukutoshin Line) → Shibuya Station (direct service, approx. 5 minutes)
· Asakusa: Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Oedo Line) → Kuramae Station (transfer to the Toei Asakusa Line) → Asakusa Station (approx. 20 minutes)
· Tokyo Station: Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Oedo Line) → Daimon Station (transfer to the JR Line) → Tokyo Station (approx. 20 min)
· Shinjuku: Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Fukutoshin Line) → Shinjuku-Sanchome Station (walk to the Shinjuku Station area, about 3 minutes)

✈️ Access from the Airport

· From Narita Airport:
1. Take the Narita Express (N'EX) to “Shinjuku Station.”
2. From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line (1 stop) and get off at “Higashi-Shinjuku Station.” (Total: approx. 90 minutes)

· From Haneda Airport:
1. Take the Keikyu Line to “Shinagawa Station.”
2. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line, get off at “Shin-Okubo Station,” and walk 9 minutes. (Total: approx. 45 minutes)
Alternatively, take the Tokyo Monorail to “Hamamatsucho Station.” Transfer to the Toei Oedo Line (direct service) and get off at “Higashi-Shinjuku Station”; it’s a 1-minute walk. (Total: approx. 50 minutes)

💡 Tip: The Fukutoshin Line is convenient for travel towards Shibuya and Ikebukuro, while the Toei Oedo Line is convenient for travel towards Roppongi, Ueno, and Ryogoku. The biggest advantage is that the station is extremely close—just a 1-minute walk away.

★ In accordance with the law regarding lodging that took effect on June 15, 2018, all guests are required to submit the following documents:
• Name, current address, occupation, nationality, and passport (for all guests)
• A copy of the passport
• Please ensure that a photo ID confirming the guest’s identity is affixed to the passport.
If you are unable to provide the above information, we will cancel your reservation.

* Guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to sign a temporary lease agreement. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the terms.

We ask that only those who agree to all of the following items—which are likely to result in complaints from neighbors—make a reservation.
・Parties, drinking gatherings, and banquets are prohibited;
・Smoking is prohibited indoors, but you may smoke on the balcony or similar areas; Smoking is prohibited in the area surrounding the building (except in designated smoking areas); if you are caught smoking there, you will be charged a fine of 30,000 yen.
・No behaviour that disturbs the neighbors;
・No loud noise (Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM);
・Do not bring guests who are not registered guests into the accommodation;
・Losing keys may result in a loss of the security deposit, so please be especially careful not to lose your door key.
・Note: Stains on mattresses caused by children’s bedwetting may result in a claim for damages.
