There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Very friendly hosts. Allowed us to drop our bags and check in a little early. Very good location, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend a stay in the location. Its very affordable and easy to get around Kabukicho.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a quiet side street but with very good public transport connections. We had the option of walking to either of 2 stations but also occasionally walked into the heart of Shinjuku. The property was a good size, decent kitchen, decent lounge room. It took us a while to work out the Japanese hot water system but once we got that right we were great

Perfect location with lots of nearby amenities and transportation options

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a perfect location with numerous shops and restaurants nearby, and close to four train/subway locations, so you can go anywhere in the city from there. The apartment was nice with two separate bedrooms and a washing machine and kitchen, and nice living room. Perfect size unit for our family.

Great location! Lots of space (for Japan). Air conditioning worked great. Clean & stocked with necessities. Host was very responsive before we got there, but didn’t respond once we were in country. Beds were hard.

Perfect Home Base for a Memorable Graduation Trip!

This property was the ideal home base for my two boys’ college graduation trip to Tokyo! The three of us spent our days exploring the city and always looked forward to coming back to this incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment.One of our favorite parts of the day was sitting on the balcony, enjoying tea in the morning and unwinding in the evening — such a peaceful bonus in the middle of Tokyo.The location is fantastic — just a short walk to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The beds were firm but very comfortable, and we all slept well after long days out.There are endless dining options nearby, plus markets and shops that made it easy to grab groceries and enjoy at least one meal a day in the apartment. And having a great coffee shop right across the street was such an added bonus!Alex was a perfect host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tokyo — families, couples, or groups of friends. We made memories here that we’ll treasure forever. Thank you, Alex!
