Family fun in Shinjuku

The appartment was very well situated! 8 minute walk from subway and no more than 15 when we took the wrong exit Host was very gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place, great location!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were easy walking distance from the subway station, shops, and places to eat. The property manager communicated everything were needed to know and was quick to respond. I stayed here with my two teenage sons. I would stay here again and can recommend this as an excellent alternative to a hotel.

Perfect location

What the images shows on the VRBO is exactly what we had…. You could do your breakfast in the morning if you wish… there is a toaster oven and a microwave … and also some pans to cook…there is grocery stores near the apt… We had what we needed for a 7 nights stay…..Also there is a nice cafe just at the corner…Excellent place to stay…

Convenient. Walking distance to eateries.

There is a stove, refrigerator and microwave available. We did not use because 7/11, family mart, and Don Quijote so close. Getting ready to eat meals is better than cooking.

Great Spot Center of Shin-Okubo

The location of the property is amazing. Super close to a couple of stations and about a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. The place itself is spacious enough to fit 4-5 people comfortably. The owner communicates very well and is super helpful before our stay, during, and even after check-out. I would definitely book this place again next time I’m in Tokyo.

Fun stay, responsive host

The location was clean and in a very fun location. The host was also incredibly responsive. There was a miscommunication regarding the number of beds in the unit (there are three, but the listing previously said four), but the host was responsive and delivered a floor bed to accommodate all of us.

Good location around Korean town

"Overall, it was good. It was close to Shinjuku, making it great for shopping, and several major subway lines were nearby, making it convenient to get around. Additionally, there was a coin laundry right in front where we could dry our laundry. The host, Alex, was very friendly. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the dishes were not clean, which was disappointing."

Small but great location

Great location near Shinjuku, but on a quiet side street. Generally clean, but desperately needs a deep clean. Check in was easy. Host didn’t respond to questions after check in. Door was really sticky & squeaky. Nice little kitchen. Beds were VERY hard like plywood. I would stay again because I lived in Tokyo for 8 yrs & know that housing is hard to come by.

Dirty & Moldy

Stay was unpleasant. Unit was dirty, even after host did extra clean. Lack of ventilation has caused mold. Drains are clogged in shower/bathing room.
