About this property

Slice of Paradise is our beautiful home. It is located on a canal. On the Gulf of Mexico side. A very comfortable living space. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. King bed in Master and queen beds in other 2 bedrooms. Queen size sofa bed for guest 7 and 8. Modern amenities include large flat screen TV in living room and master suite. All other bedrooms have TV's. Internet, and cable TV. Large open living and dining area. Large kitchen area that includes dishwasher. Washer and dryer . Large screened in balcony off dinning area. Balcony has propane grill and outdoor table and chairs for six. Balcony area overlooks pool and canal in back yard. Available boat dockage space. Boat trailer can be stored in front yard. Close to a public boat ramp. Ramp is at corner of Aviation Blvd. and Harbor Dr. Fish cleaning station, water and electric outside on dock. Bait freezer on carport. Minutes from beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Vaca cut access to the Atlantic Ocean. Minutes to restaurants and shopping. Owner may be on property in lower unit. If owner is present no interaction with guests will occur unless guest initiate. Self check-in with key pad on front door. Guest have one flight of stairs to climb to home. Guest have full access to house and pool. Lower unit and garage not rented. Come fall in love with our Slice of Paradise in the Florida keys.

Great house

This is a great house with a very helpful property owner. We love the screened in porch, the pool, the dock, and the view of the airplanes. Beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Quiet street with little traffic!

Beautiful and clean

The place is beautiful! The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out at the pool after a busy day. The pool gets afternoon sun. Lots of jelly fish in the canal along with manatee. Favorite place to eat was Sparkys and The Key Colony Inn for happy hour $5.00 appetizers.
