Modern 3/2 house with personal 50ft dock in 20ft deep canal!

Completely renovated 3-bedroom house with canal frontage, 50 ft long personal dockage, 20-ft deep canal! Our canal has direct access into Boot Key Harbor and 1 mile away from Sombrero Beach! Central Air Conditioning accompanied by individual room A/C's gets this home down to 65 degrees to cool off after those hot days! Smart TV's in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with HBO & Premium Cable! Brand New Outdoor Griddle to cook your catch and try your hand at Hibachi! Kayaks with Life Vests included! Brand New Leather Sectional reclining sofa in Living Room!

The space

This modern Marathon home has 3 bedroom, all with queen sized beds and 1 of the rooms has a Full size over Queen size bunk bed with a Sleeper Sofa. Living room has a leather reclining sectional sofa for comfortable lounging. Personal 50 ft canal dockage for you boat with direct access to Boot Key Harbor and less than 15 minutes to the Fish

Our home has centralized air-conditioning with additional private air conditioning unit in each bedroom.

Guests will have the whole house, backyard dock, flat top grill, and kayaks onsite to use

Other things to note

In the event if there are pets, I will request an extra $100 cleaning fee. That's what the cleaning company charges me when they have to battle pet hair and shampoo clean all floor, sofa and mattress. Any damage cause by pets, there will be deduction on the security deposit, the amount of deduction will be determined how bad is the damages.

Please note that there is no gate between the side yard and the dock. If you have little ones, please be cautious of the hazard.

We are responsible for providing a safe, comfortable space, clean linens, and kitchen utensils. Any personal preferences (spices, coffee, breakfast) is the responsibility of the guest

A $300 fine will be incurred if there is found to be smoking on the property.

Last to note is that there is 5% community fee from Monroe County Tourist Tax. This is required of all transient booking for Florida Monroe County.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay with Yves. He has been very helpful in answering questions and helping get our booking finalized. We stayed there last year as well and it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Lots of room for our teenage girls to have their own space and still have a nice family vacation. Location of the home is perfect. Great access to Boot Key Harbor if you are bringing or renting a boat. The canal is nice and deep for larger vessels and plenty of room for docking and enjoying. We loved sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the morning and evening weather. Very convenient for getting around the Key and a quick drive to Key West with a 75 min drive. Thank you again for sharing with us and we look forward to coming to stay again soon.

2024 Marathon Keys Vacation

When we arrived it started out a little rocky. I'd sent a message before we got there thru virtual messages asking about checking in and never received my code so we needed to contact them after getting there. When we got inside we noticed we had no towels so we contacted them again and had them bring some over. After that was taken care of everything went smoothly. Great location and plenty of room.

Solid choice

In a community of modular homes, but very convenient access to the Gulf as well as Atlantic. Clean and relatively spacious, well provisioned. Kayaks and grill were nice pluses.

Great House

House was great. Clean, well stocked, Ice cold AC. The only negative I can think of at all was the tile on the back porch. It gets Very slippery when wet. Overall a great house though.

Truly Accurate description

This home matches the description and information portrayed in the advertising. We had an amazing amount of room for all 4 of us and plenty of room. We enjoyed the outside patio area and the cannel that we were able to bring our boat right up to for the week. We cooked and played games, used the kayaks and truly had an amazing time. Yves was very nice to work with and was great about answering questions before and after the stay. We hope we can come back again soon and stay here. Thank you.
