Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the Val d'Arly in this beautiful chalet located in a farmhouse of character dating from 1810, completely renovated in 2006! In a green setting, easily accessible in summer and winter, you will enjoy the terrace, jacuzzi and the private sauna!

With a surface area of 180 m², this authentic dwelling can accommodate up to 12 people and is composed as follows : a warm living space made of wood, open to a large fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms with private shower rooms and toilets, a sauna, a large terrace with jacuzzi and a 500 m² garden.

The chalet :
You will have the bottom of the chalet and the garden. The owners live in the top of the chalet, they will be delighted to welcome you.
On the first floor :
- Living room with a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, furniture and flat screen TV to share beautiful moments with family or friends.
- Large kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with: a beautiful dining table and its 10 chairs, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery.
- Bedroom 1 : double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. Private bathroom with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2 : double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. Private bathroom with shower and WC.
- Room 3 : double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, 2 single beds. Adjoining shower room.
- Relaxation area with traditional sauna of 4/5 places (open from 4pm to 7pm), shower and WC opening on the outside terrace fitted out with a jacuzzi.

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 4 with double bed and adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
- Room 5 with chocolate tones with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, small table, TV and its adjoining shower room.

Outside :
- Jacuzzi available all year round that can accommodate up to 4 people.

In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the Espace Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, come and enjoy the beach of the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a Trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon !

- The car is the best way to travel around the region. You will be 20 minutes from Megève, 30 minutes from Les Saisies and 15 minutes from La Clusaz, 18 minutes from Col des Aravis, 25 minutes from Albertville, 1 hour from Chamonix, 1h10 from Italy, 1 hour from Annecy and Geneva, 2 hours from Lyon
- By TGV to Albertville (bus transfer in 40 minutes) from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille.
- By plane, the airports : Geneva - Cointrin at 97.4 Km, Lyon St Exupéry at 160 Km, Chambéry- Savoie Mont Blanc at 83.2 km
