The kitchen is well appointed. Everything needed for cooking and dining. The dining, living, and family rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for winter gear. Laundry facilities are clean and handy. Hot tub is fabulous - large, private, and well-functioning. Bedrooms were comfortable.

Thanks for the 4‑star review. Glad you had a good time. If there's anything we could do to earn a 5‑star stay, we'd welcome the feedback. We'd love to host you again next time you're in the area.
Great location. Walking distance to downtown Frisco and Lake. Loved the hot tub. Though I had to reset it and the water didn't feel pristine, but I imagine it is used often by vacationers. The gas ran out on the BBQ. However, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Loved the space upstairs and down. We would stay here again. A king bed downstairs would make it even better.
