Designed for luxury, comfort, and long-term stays, this fully furnished penthouse is perfect for corporate executives, remote professionals, or families relocating or renovating in Vancouver.

Located in the best restaurant and entertainment district in the city with charming brownstone buildings and cobble streets right outside the modern development of Yaletown. The perfect mix of modern and historic Vancouver come together.

We prefer to have guests who will stay for the entire 5 month period, but are also able to entertain guests who are looking for 3 or 4 month periods. We DO NOT rent for less time than 3 months.

Unobstructed water view from 1650 sq foot private patio, 1350 sq feet inside for a total of 3000 sq feet of living space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Short 20-30 minute drive to ski hills Grouse, Cypress, Seymour mountains. Whistler 1 hour away. 5 min boat ride to Granville Island. Walk, bike, ride to English Bay & Stanley Park. Weekly cleaning with some laundry service is available for an extra fee.

Private and secure, with only 2 suites per floor, this villa was recently updated in 2018, this 6th floor unit is a low-rise sub-penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Unit has a spacious primary bedroom with dream King size bed, built in closet, ensuite, with 8 shower heads including rain shower, steam bath, and heated floors. Master has a 60 inch flat screen, and ceiling fan with blackout window coverings. Second and third Bedrooms have been updated since the video.

Second bedroom has queen size wall bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, build in closets and cabinets, and a single work from home desk.

Third smaller bedroom has a single wall bed that folds up in a second with a built in drop down desk so you can easily use as a 2nd or 3rd office if you prefer.

Second bath has deep air jetted jacuzzi tub, heated floors and shower. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with two massive couches.

Office in living space has electronic sit stand desk with triple multi monitor displays for microsoft surface pro already set up. Printer is wifi enabled so you can quickly and easily work from home just plug and play with breathtaking work views right from your desk!

(LTR) long term rental unit LTR LICENSE # 24-256031 (3 month minimum). This Villa is my primary and personal residence, I live here and rent it out for 5 months a year, typically over winter and spring. It was recently updated in 2022.

We require you sign a Form K (move in registration form for the building) which we will email to you so please provide us with your email and number.
Respect building rules and your neighbors no loud music after 11pm please. All fines will be removed from your damage deposit.
We require a full list of names for the guest's staying in the suite during your rental. Please email us your guest list and an emergency contact
