The farmhouse features modern amenities: central heating with a pellet stove, satellite TV, internet, comfortable beds, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The ground floor is entirely on one level, with a spacious kitchen featuring plenty of counter space and a large central island, where everyone can help prepare or enjoy meals. The breakfast bar overlooks the pool table, so you can eat or have a beer there while playing. The living room at the far end of the room, with its large electric recliner, faces the TV and the fireplace—which houses the pellet stove—so you can enjoy reading in peace in front of the fire. A half-bath completes the space so you don’t have to go upstairs.

Upstairs, there is a large, airy hallway with two armchairs, providing another relaxing space. On one side of the hallway is the 24-square-meter master bedroom with an en suite shower. It also features a large sofa where you can watch TV in peace.
On the other side of the hallway are the three other bedrooms, each approximately 10 m², furnished and equipped for a holiday. Two have Breton-style double beds, and the other has two single beds, ideal for children.

In the middle of the hallway is the bathroom with a bathtub, featuring soothing accents from the blend of natural stone and wood tones, as found throughout the house.

At the front of the house is a small gazebo equipped with all the garden essentials, including a BBQ and an outdoor dining table. On the south side, you can sunbathe on the lounge chairs while listening to the sounds of nature overlooking the flower-filled meadow.
