Fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances for your convenience. Smeg coffee machine calibrated by a professional barista, please don't change the settings.

Kayaks, bbq and fishing rods are available for guests to use. Please return to garage after use.

Boat, ute and trailer may be parked on property and not available for use. There are two chickens on the property.
