The 2023 Lahaina fires impacted several buildings on the northern side of Puamana. Fortunately, this home and the entire southern side of Puamana were completely unaffected. In addition, two Lahaina grocery centers (Safeway and Foodland Farms), the famous Old Lahaina Luau, and four popular restaurants (Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle) are all open and operating—just a 10-minute drive away.

The property is clean and private. From the upstairs you can hear the ocean from one of the bedrooms. the location is central to many island activities. The surrounding area is lush and quiet.

Perfect gated community, we would wake up and watch the chickens run around, walkable to the beach which has great waves for surfing and boggy boarding. The kitchen had everything which was great because we were able to save some money by buying our own groceries and cooking at the Condo. We loved the living room and dining area, we watched movies with the family almost every night. The beds were really comfortable and the two rooms were nice, we put the girls in one room and my wife and I stayed in the master. Ohhh and the beach equipment was so nice an helpful. I would stay there again and I am already thinking about how much we miss the beautiful place in Muai. Thank you for sharing this home.

Great location

Super convenient to Lahaina, close enough to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with mature tropical landscaping. Townhouse is a little older but has modern updates. Do stay here if you don’t want all the hassles of a mega resort.

Home Away From Home in Paradise

The home was perfect and exactly as advertised. Any amenities you could need or want were provided, right down to umbrellas and coolers for the beach. Everything was very clean and the AC on both floors was much appreciated on those warm days and nights Annie and Chris were in contact several times to ensure everything was going well and if we needed anything at all. We hope to stay at this amazing home again soon!

Annie and Chris’s condo was awesome! They certainly do attend to every detail, thinking of things like coolers and lawn chairs, laundry detergent, water bottles and a few fun beers on arrival and even a basket of fruit! The community is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed the quiet pool overlooking the ocean and walks along the grassy area. It was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a wonderful community

My family's stay at Puamana Nani was absolutely incredible. The home is beautiful and has everything that you need to make your stay wonderful, from a kitchen with all of the appliances and supplies you would need to beach towels and beach chairs to the most comfortable beds. All of the furniture and art is the best quality, and we were so happy to have a getaway in such a well done home. It is right across the street from the beach, so you can wake up and take a walk along the shore or go surfing in its multiple surf spots. The home is also just a few minutes away from the children's pool and adult pool that sits right next to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay so much, and we will definitely be coming back!

December in Hawaii

I wish there were more stars to rate this property and host. The condo is just as it looks online, but what you can’t see is the beautiful lush garden like property where the condo is located, The condo is literally just steps to the beach from the front door. Kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked breakfast and made dinners a couple times and had plenty of cookware, silverware ect. The owner has a great eye for decorating and the condo is so beautifully done. The beds, bedding and pillows were all super comfortable and plenty of towels too. There were beach chairs we used to walk to the beach edge and watch the amazing sunsets and whale activity. We sat out front every morning drank our coffee on the cozy patio furniture and planned our day . It’s a very nice place to take a morning walk, the property location is close enough to walk to downtown Lahaina which we did a few times 15-20 min. The host/owner is very thorough with her communication. It was a wonderful time in Hawaii and our home away from home made it a perfect stay! Thank you thank you!

Pumamana #177-3 is gorgeous!

Puamana 177-3 is spectacular! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has recently been renovated! If you're looking for a romantic or family get away, look no further. I come to Maui 2 times a year and have stayed in many different condos/homes. This condo is, by far, my favorite! From the plush bedding, to the beach bag with beach towels in each room....i was impressed! The owners spared no expense on this renovation. Needless to say, I took full advantage of the chefs kitchen and grilled out on the lanai for dinner. The owners warned us that their may be a bit of road noise bc it backs up to the highway. I'm happy to report that we did not have any road noise. The back yard is private and beautifully landscaped with amazing mountain views. This condo complex is a blend of old and new hawaii. There are 3 pools (one of the pools overlooks the ocean), 2 tennis courts, a fitness center, and a club house. This is a gated community, so it is very peaceful. The center of Lahaina Town is only a mile away!

Take me back!

Puamana is a wonderful, quiet, well maintained gated community. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff are wonderful. Puamana Nani (the unit itself) is darling, comfortable, and well decorated, with easy access to the beach and pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach daily (loved using the provided beach chairs!). But we didn't use the pools much. The quiet/beachside pool is very deep (I could not touch past the steps and no floaties allowed), and the one closest to the unit typically had large amounts of kids. We did wish we had more of a view of the water from the unit itself, but the space suited us just fine. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. And it was really nice to have our own bathroom, while our teenager had hers. The kitchen was well stocked with more than we needed. We definitely heard road noise, but it really didn't bother us (my husband's snoring was a much bigger annoyance! :) Ear plugs for the win! Annie was an incredibly responsive host, communicating many details prior to arrival, and responding very quickly during our stay. We are already planning our next vacation to Puamana!

Magical family vacation

We stayed at Puamana Nani recently for a family vacation; Annie and Chris are gracious hosts and every detail in the condo has been attended to. It's clean and modern with new furniture and super comfortable beds. The condo complex is spectacular, with a magical beach that's perfect for surfing or just relaxing. The condo itself is on the side of the complex near the highway and with the doors and windows closed and A/C on we could not hear any highway noise. This complex is by far the best place we have vacationed in Lahaina. It's close enough to town to ride bikes to dinner, but far enough away to have an uncrowded beach. We will definitely be going back.
