The open-concept main living area features a gas fireplace, Italian gas range and oven, large kitchen island, and a dining table that seats up to 8. The home offers a fully fenced backyard with mountain views, a private two-person hot tub, strong Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full-size laundry, soft water, and a modern HRV system providing clean, filtered air throughout.
The space
The property is gated for added security and offers a very private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. Fresh herbs and fruit trees are planted out front and may be enjoyed by guests when in season. Dedicated parking is provided, with additional shared gravel parking available for extra vehicles, boats, or trailers. This home is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a central wine-country stay.
Guest access
Vino Villa – House offers a private and comfortable stay with clearly defined access areas.
Guests have dedicated parking directly in front of the main house. The gravel parking area is a shared space, available to guests of both accommodations for additional vehicles, boats, or trailers. Please note that parking in front of the garage is reserved for Vino Villa Studio guests.
To access the front door, follow the walkway between the main house and the garage and continue through the dividing gate. This path leads directly to the main house entrance, which may not be visible from the driveway at first glance.
House guests enjoy access to the entire main house, a fully fenced backyard, and a private two-person hot tub. Guests may also use the side access to the left of the house, which leads to outdoor areas designated for House guests.
The front yard, driveway, and garbage/recycling bins are shared areas on the property.
This layout ensures privacy while keeping arrival and access clear and stress-free.
