Vino Villa – House is a newly built, fully furnished wine-country home designed for comfort, privacy, and gathering. The open-concept main living area features a gas fireplace, Italian gas range and oven, large kitchen island, and a dining table that seats up to 8. The home offers a fully fenced backyard with mountain views, a private two-person hot tub, strong Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full-size laundry, soft water, and a modern HRV system providing clean, filtered air throughout.

The space
The property is gated for added security and offers a very private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. Fresh herbs and fruit trees are planted out front and may be enjoyed by guests when in season. Dedicated parking is provided, with additional shared gravel parking available for extra vehicles, boats, or trailers. This home is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a central wine-country stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room. Please leave the beds unmade—no need to strip them. Enjoy your last morning! Don’t worry about the thermostat or lights—just focus on a smooth departure
Place all trash in the outside garbage can. Put returnable bottles and cans in the provided blue recycle bags and place at the garbage area. Please wash used dishes and start the dishwasher.
Gave the BBQ a workout? A quick clean after use is much appreciated. Please let us know if anything was broken or if there were any issues during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass in Hot Tub, please use the provided plastic glassware.

I was visiting family in Oliver and stayed at this location with Barry as the host. Barry went well over and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The place was incredibly clean comfortable. Beautiful and quiet location. I highly highly recommend this to anybody staying in Oliver.

What a delight it was to find this property. it is in a nice quiet location but close to what we were interested in (golf, wine tasting). The amenities provided in the home were also very good. And lastly, our host Barry was so prompt and helpful with any questions or help we needed. Definitely would rent this property again!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The dishes and kitchen utensils are complete. Barry is an excellent host. 100% recommended!
