Great place. Lovely neighborhood. The owner was so responsive and nice to deal with. Place was comfortable and large. Great outside area too. Walkable to the ferry also.
We had a great time at the Hyannis house! I traveled with 2 old friends celebrating our 70th birthdays. The house is in a great location-close to town and the ferry. We spent a day on Nantucket and the rest of the time shopping and exploring. We had excellent meals at the Black Cat, Anejo Mexican, and Alberto's Italian! The house had nice outdoor areas to relax. The only complaint from my friends was that the beds were too firm. But all in all we had a great stay.

Family Trip, first time to the Cape
Had a fabulous time. The rental more than exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Loved the fire pit and the outdoor shower. Was pleasantly surprised that so many extras were included such as beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys and board games. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. There was even a high chair if needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Main street and also the beach but also tucked away and private and in an area where we got to see some wild bunnies, the kids loved that!!
