The basement suite was very nice, newly developed and living areas were clean and practical. Bed sheets in one room were full of hairs and pillow case in another room had a blood stain on it. Main TV tended to shut wifi down every night around 9pm. The cooking smells from the people living upstairs were unbearable at times and lingered the entire weekend. The sounds from upstairs were very loud including a blender at 7;45am and we got to listen to a very loud extended yelling match one morning.
